Complete cluster reset.

Fresh start on the cluster for everyone.

    This would not be something the admin team would do. As this is a PVE cluster, we haven’t seen a need to do wipes or resets. Given the time investment our community has put into our cluster, we feel this would only cause issues. We do clear out maps from time-to-time of decayed, demo-allowed, or otherwise completely inactive tribes.
